The papers
A Curaçao or Anjouan number you can look up is still a licence. Licensed rooms ask for identity. Especially before a withdrawal. A coin in the cashier does not skip that. The crypto note already prints it: a coin is a payment method, not a mask.
Day one
Do it when you open the account. Not after a convert hits. Houses stall or cancel when the file arrives on the afternoon of the cashout.
