The welcome Chest

Bonus Policy, last updated 15 December 2023, clause 3.1. The first deposit gets a 100% match plus 50 free spins. The maximum bonus is 500 EUR. Wagering is 40×. It is credited automatically. There is no code. The minimum deposit for any deposit bonus is €20 (clause 1.2). Wagering is on the bonus only (clause 2.1). A €100 deposit gets a €100 bonus and needs €4,000 wagered.

While wagering, the maximum bet is €5. The same clause lists 7.5 CAD, AUD, or NZD, and 50 NOK, plus the crypto equivalent of €5 at bet time. The cap covers doubled bets and bought bonus rounds. Breaking it forfeits the bonus winnings (clause 2.2). Slots count 100%. Video poker, table games, and live games count 5% (clause 2.10). Jackpot slots can be locked while a bonus is active (clause 5.4). Cash is played before the bonus money (clause 2.5).

The 50 spins land on Elvis Frog in Vegas or Gold Rush with Johnny Cash (BGaming). Unclaimed spins expire 14 days after they are credited (clause 3.2). The Policy prints no spin value. It also prints no cap on winnings from these deposit-bonus spins. The €50 cap in clause 1.7 covers no-deposit bonuses and no-deposit spins only. Clause 1.11 says every bonus has a duration period. The Policy never says how long this welcome’s is. Time to clear: not listed.

Finland and Poland have their own bonus terms (clause 3.1). Those pages were not read. Sweden gets no bonuses at all (Terms 2.5; Bonus Policy 1.13).

Deposits two, three, and four are separate Chests. Each needs a code. CLAIM50 is 50%. CLAIM75 is 75%. CLAIM100 is 100%. Each has a 500 EUR maximum bonus, 50 spins, and 40× wagering (clauses 2.13 and 3.1).

No max conversion. The Policy caps winnings in other places. It does not cap this Chest. Matches of 300% or more cap withdrawable winnings at 10 times the deposit (clause 2.4). Monday and Saturday reloads cap the win at 10 times the deposit (clauses 4.1 and 4.2). Cashback and cash rewards cap at 10 times the bonus (clause 1.6). No-deposit play caps at €50 (clause 1.7). A 100% first deposit is covered by none of them. The label covers the standard welcome. It does not cover the unread Finland and Poland terms.

The Chest is Sticky. The Policy does not print a sentence that lets you take the deposit out and leave the bonus. Clause 2.1 voids the bonus and the winnings if you withdraw before wagering is done. It does not free the deposit. There is no pre-wager unlock. Under the Vault rule, that welcome is Sticky.

Cashout and payments

Terms and Conditions, last updated 14 April 2026. The minimum deposit is €20 (clause 10.4). The minimum withdrawal is €20 in fiat, or the crypto equivalent (clause 11.1). Per-method maximums vary. Large amounts may be paid in instalments.

Withdrawals are capped at €2,000 a day, €5,000 per rolling week, and €20,000 a month. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full outside those caps (clause 11.8). A €15,000 win therefore leaves in at least three weekly instalments.

The house aims to process withdrawals within 72 hours of approval (clause 11.6). Every deposit must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn. Otherwise the casino may charge a fee or refuse the withdrawal (clause 9.7). That 3× line is a deposit playthrough. It is not a conversion cap.

KYC can include a phone call. If the casino cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal is cancelled (clause 8.4). Bank transfers are processed within three business days. There is no USD option. Intermediary banks typically take up to €16 (clauses 11.10 and 11.11). An inactive account pays €20 a month after 12 months without login or play (clause 12.1).

The Payments page tells a brighter story. E-wallets and crypto are labelled Instant. Visa takes 1–3 banking days. Mastercard takes 3–5. Bank transfer is listed at 5–7 banking days with a 500 EUR minimum. That fights the €20 minimum in clause 11.1 and the three-day processing in clause 11.10. Both pages are live. Restricted countries

Terms 2.4 bars real-money play from Afghanistan, American Samoa, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, the British Indian Ocean Territory, Bulgaria, the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario, the Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Cyprus, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, El Salvador, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guam, Guernsey, Haiti, Hawaii, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela, the US Virgin Islands, and Yemen. A player from a listed country is not entitled to refunds or withdrawals.

Sweden is not on that list. Swedish players get no bonuses (clause 2.5). Using a VPN to get around geo rules is prohibited and can cost you your winnings (clause 3.2). Some studios are blocked in further countries. NetEnt, for example, is out in Denmark, Italy, and Spain (clause 3.3). That limits games. It does not close the account.

One loose end. The Bonus Policy promises Poland its own welcome terms. The Terms bar Poland from real-money play. Only one of those can be doing any work. Denmark, Finland, Italy, Norway, and Spain are not on clause 2.4. Finland’s own welcome terms were not read.

Licence

Terms 1.1 and the site footer print the same line. Metlait SRL. Costa Rica registration 3-102-911867. Licence no. 0000064, issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. The About Us page has no licence line of its own beyond that shared footer. The Privacy Policy names the same company and registration number. The Tobique public licence-holder list, read 5 Oct 2026, shows Metlait S.R.L with a B2C licence expiring 16 April 2027 and a B2B licence expiring 25 September 2027. The list prints no licence numbers. The operator links no certificate or validator. Disputes go to EGIS as the ADR body (clause 15.5), then to arbitration in Costa Rica (clause 17).

Reloads and VIP

Bonus Policy 4.1 and 4.2. Monday and Saturday reloads, once each day. Minimum €50 or $50. 40× wagering. The win is capped at 10 times the deposit after wagering. The Promotions page lists both at 100% up to €1,000 or $1,000, with 100 spins on Monday. The VIP Club page says membership is by invitation only. It promises a personal manager, cashback, and higher cashout limits. It prints no tiers, percentages, or limits.

Root Score

Root Score stays 9.3. The first-deposit Chest has no 5× deposit cashout, so the cut rule does not apply. The welcome itself is ordinary. 100% up to 500 EUR at 40× the bonus. A €5 bet cap. No max conversion. Sticky. The friction sits in the cashier rules around it. The €2,000 daily ceiling. Three-times deposit playthrough. The two-week KYC cancellation clause.
