How it works

Open an account, deposit, play, then request a withdrawal once the cashier rules are met. Two clocks are separate. Terms and Conditions clause 9.6 says a player must wager 100% of a deposit before that deposit can be withdrawn, a 1× deposit playthrough, including when no bonus is taken. If a bonus is active, the Bonus terms apply on top: real money is used first (clause 1.15), and a wager-free bonus allows one withdrawal request that voids the bonus (clause 2.2.1). The house charges no withdrawal fee of its own (clause 9.8). The monthly ceiling is in clause 9.12.

Licence

The English Terms and Conditions captured on 3 Oct 2026 have no effective date and no version line. They do not name Starscream, Kahnawake, a certificate number, or any other regulator. Clause 4.6 says the English text is the only legal version. Clause 14.5 says an unresolved complaint may be taken to regulatory authorities in Curaçao. That is an escalation sentence, not a licence grant. The English Privacy Policy captured the same day also names no company and no licence. Older copies of this card cite Kahnawake certificate 00952 and Starscream Limited. A public review file still prints Kahnawake and Starscream, and another prints Starscream with no licence at all. Those lines do not match each other, and none of them is in the English terms read this pass. This review flags that gap. It does not treat 00952 as a current operator fact.

Games

The homepage describes slots, live tables, and a sportsbook. It does not publish a game count, so the older 4,000 figure is not treated as a fresh count. Bonus terms clause 3.5 says slots count 100% toward wagering and every other game type counts 0%, and it bans a list of slots while a bonus is active. No public RTP table was on the pages read this pass. Bonuses

Bonus terms clause 2.5 limits the casino welcome to the first two deposits. First: 100% wager-free up to €250, plus 110 free spins on Hot Ross by Hacksaw Gaming, or Gates of Hades by Pragmatic Play if Hot Ross is blocked. Second: 100% wager-free up to €250, plus 140 free spins on Le Fisherman by Hacksaw Gaming, or Super Gummy Strike by Pragmatic Play if blocked, released as 20 spins at once and 20 more every 24 hours for seven days. Minimum deposit €20 unless a promo says otherwise (clause 1.3). Maximum bet while a bonus is active: €5 (clause 1.11). Clause 1.12 says the welcome bonus has no maximum withdrawal limit: No max conversion. Welcome-package spin winnings are capped at €100 (clause 2.5.4) and those spins expire after 7 days (clause 2.5.5). Free spins have no wagering requirement unless a promo adds one (clause 2.1.4). Clause 2.2.1 is the sticky point: with a wager-free bonus, one withdrawal request voids the bonus, and any money left is still treated under the bonus terms. It does not say the match is deducted euro for euro, and it does not say every cent is cash. Sticky. Players in Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, China, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Moldova, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United States are not entitled to the welcome (clause 1.13). Finland does not get the 110/140 pack: clause 2.5.3 gives 50 spins on each of the first three deposits. A crypto welcome sits beside the standard one (clauses 2.5.10–2.5.11): the same 100% up to €250 on two deposits, but 40× the bonus amount. One deposit cannot take both. Payments and KYC

Terms clause 9.12: minimum withdrawal €20, maximum €50,000 per month. No weekly cap is printed there. Clause 9.6: wager the deposit once before withdrawing it. Clause 9.2: withdrawals can be held until identity is checked, and they go back to an account in the player’s name. Dormant accounts after 6 months can be charged €5 a month (clause 13.5). No public payments table was re-read on this pass, so the older Visa, Skrill, and crypto chips are not carried forward as checked methods. VPN use to hide an IP is listed as bonus abuse (Bonus terms clause 1.21). The terms do not publish a separate sentence that a VPN is allowed.

Who it suits

Players who want a two-deposit 0× match up to €250, with No max conversion on the match, and who will read clause 2.2.1 before treating the banner as cash. Cashout of the deposit still needs a 1× turnover, and the published ceiling in the English terms is €50,000 a month.
