How it works

About Us describes three deposit welcomes, a large slot lobby, a sportsbook tab, and a VIP area. The scored chest is only the first deposit. Bonus Terms, with no last-updated line, say each player has a real balance and a bonus balance, that real money is bet first, and that asking for the deposit back before wagering is finished forfeits the bonus. Gift spins and bonuses fall off after five days unless that promo prints a different window. Cashback, when it is credited, is also bonus money and lasts five days (clause 17).

Licence

The Certificate of Operation read on 3 Oct 2026 says the domain is operated by WhiteBox B.V., Curaçao company number 155412, Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/822/0338, granted 14 April 2025, status Active. Ice Casino’s certificate uses the same company and the same number and names a different domain. These are two domain seals, not a reason to copy Ice’s bonus rules across. Older copies of this card say Curaçao with no number and print 2016. A V.Partners brand page says launch year 2015. About Us gives no year. The KYC policy, although it is served on this domain, still defines the site as Vulkanvegas.com in section 1. Use the certificate for the regulator line, and keep that old name as what the KYC page itself still says. The general terms file did not yield a clause body this pass, so the country list was not re-copied from house terms. The not-offered line here stays the existing six: France, Italy, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Bonus Terms clause 3 only gives examples of countries where some bonuses may be missing: Japan, Finland, and Brazil. This listing still offers Japan and Finland at house level.

Games

About Us names Microgaming, Play’n Go, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, EvoPlay, and Amatic. The public lobby also has live casino, sports, tournaments, a wheel, and loot boxes. The older 7,000 figure was not on these pages and is not treated as a fresh count. Under a casino bonus, live games, table games, and instant games do not count (Bonus Terms clause 8). Slot bets count 100%, except Big Bass - Hold & Spinner at 15% (clause 11). No 50% game list and no banned-provider list were printed in this bonus document. No eCOGRA payout sheet was linked from the pages read here, so no house payout percentage is stated.

Bonuses

The welcome chest stays 120% up to €500 plus 70 spins, 40× the bonus, five days, minimum €10, max conversion 5× the deposit. The public promotions index did not show that card on 3 Oct 2026, so those welcome figures remain the printed chest until the card is re-read. What the bonus terms do print: max bet €5 per spin while casino bonus money is active (clause 14), and real money first, so the wallet is non-sticky. Clause 23 prints a different cap for any other bonus, including dedicated cashier bonuses: wagering ×40, max bet €5, maximum transferable amount €50. That is not the words 5× deposit. Both lines stay. Neither line is No max conversion. The no-deposit chest stays €25 after phone confirmation, 5× playthrough, max conversion €25, Root Score 7.6. It was not on the public promo index this pass. Bonus Terms clause 10 says a player who used a no-deposit offer still needs one deposit for the KYC step. Clause 9 describes a no-deposit cashout limit only by pointing at the bonus terms and uses a €500 example. That example does not replace the €25 cap. Root Score on the welcome stays 5.5. The 5× deposit field is the cut of at least 4. Clause 23’s €50 is an extra printed cap on other bonuses, not a second score.

Payments and KYC

About Us names Visa, Mastercard, and Neteller, and claims a withdrawal within 12 hours. Timing was not measured. KYC Policy section 7 says anonymous instruments, including cryptocurrencies, are not accepted. Third-party cards are refused. Standard verification starts when transactions reach €1,000 or $1,000, or earlier if risk checks say so (section 4). Documents can include an ID, a card photo in the player’s name, and a photo of the player holding the documents. The policy has no last-updated line. Section 1 of that policy still says Vulkanvegas.com.

Who it suits

Players who already know the 5× deposit cap on the first deposit, and who can use the €25 phone-confirm chest as a separate sampler with its own €25 cap. Read clause 23’s €50 transferable amount as a rule for other and cashier bonuses, not as a rewrite of the welcome. Skip the welcome if you need a printed No max conversion. 18+.
