Pick the network the cashier named
Token is not chain. Wrong-network sends are the expensive error. How to read the deposit screen and leave a coin on the rail it belongs on.

Keep these
- The cashier names a coin and a network. Both must match.
- A support chat that ‘updates’ the address or the chain is a trap. Use the live screen.
- Wrong-chain funds are often gone. The house cannot always fish them out.
- A test send is cheaper than a recovery ticket you will not get.
- Withdrawals need the same reading. Paste your own wallet. Read the network twice.
Read the pair, not the ticker
Cashiers print a coin and a network. BTC on Bitcoin is simple. USDT is not. The same ticker travels on several chains. The address format can look plausible on the wrong one. Copy from the screen that generated the address. Check the first and last four characters. Then check the network name in your wallet — not just the address.

The expensive error
Wrong network is the send you do not get back. Do not send a second transfer to ‘push’ the first. Do not trust a chat that offers a new address. Open the cashier again. If the coins are gone, treat them as gone. Then stop — a recovery hunt is how a bad night gets worse.
Never send a replacement coin to chase a loss or a stuck transfer. 18+.
Withdrawals use the same pause
Cashing out, you pick the network the house listed for your coin. Paste a wallet that can receive that chain. An exchange deposit address may need a memo. A wallet you control is quieter if you can read the network twice.
