Flush has been on flush.com since 2021. The official responsible-gaming page names Fordegens Limitada, Costa Rica company 3102928865, at San Pedro, Barrio Dent, Costa Rican North American Center, Office 3, licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-202509008-FI1.

The German Terms (archived 11 September 2026; live English terms-of-service is a JavaScript shell) name Gaming Services Provider N.V. as the complaint authority in clause 24.6. That is not a Curaçao licence number. Clause 28.5 says the English version prevails if language versions disagree. Anjouan is a lighter offshore licence than the UK Gambling Commission. Names, not a halo.

Homepage, re-checked 30 September 2026: 6,000+ games, 100+ live tables, 70+ providers, sports across 70+ markets. Official About Us (English, re-checked 30 September 2026) names Innova Pensar LIMITED, Costa Rica company 3-102-897031, and a Tobique First Nation licence — that conflicts with the responsible-gaming page’s Fordegens Limitada / Anjouan ALSI-202509008-FI1. We report both; we do not resolve which is current. The same About Us page still lists 25 studios, 3,500+ traditional slots, eight Originals and eight coins (ETH, LTC, BTC, DOGE, USDT, USDC, MATIC, BNB). Homepage and About Us disagree on catalogue size and coin list; both pages stand.

Who can play

German Terms clause 4.1.3 names restricted jurisdictions including Afghanistan, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Yemen and Venezuela, plus the Canadian provinces New Brunswick and Ontario. English Terms clause 3.4, checked 5 October 2026, and the German file’s clause 3.3: you may not use a VPN, proxy or similar service or device that conceals or manipulates identification of your actual location. English prevails if the versions disagree (clause 28.5). Stance: restricted. A geo-block modal that mentions VPN for travel security is not a Terms allow. 18+ or the local majority age if higher.

Welcome package

Official Help Center article “How Does the Flush Welcome Bonus Work?” (dated 28 April 2026, reconfirmed live 11 September 2026 and 30 September 2026): the welcome is the first three deposits, not a single match. You must select Accept on the deposit page before you confirm; it is not applied automatically and cannot be claimed later. No free spins.

About Us names eight: ETH, LTC, BTC, DOGE, USDT, USDC, MATIC and BNB — no TRX, POL or SOL, and MATIC rather than POL. All three pages stand.

Homepage: withdrawals advertised under two minutes, on-chain, with no platform fees. Help Center withdrawals article (dated 7 April 2026): no standard maximum; cashier minimums; no platform fee. That conflicts with German Terms 9.6 caps ($2,500 a day, $5,000 a week, $10,000 a month unless a higher VIP level applies). German Terms 9.1: minimum withdrawal $10. 9.2 and 11.1: the deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. 11.1: after verification the house aims to process within 72 hours. Paying in crypto does not skip the house rules.
