Licence lines disagree on one character. Body T&Cs 1.1, Privacy 1.2, and AML print ALSI-202506019-F11. The PLAY RESPONSIBLY footer — including Anti-Fraud page 3 — prints ALSI-202506019-FI1. Help Center About (updated 26 February 2026) claims Curaçao eGaming and Anjouan without a Curaçao number. The May 2026 T&Cs are later and print Anjouan only. This page prints both numbers and treats Anjouan as the legal latch. Anjouan is a lighter licence than the UK Gambling Commission. Names, not a halo.

Provably fair uses HMACSHA-512 plus a commitment scheme. How XP is earned is described two ways. Casino XP article (11882884, 26 June 2026): games at 97% RTP or under pay 1.5 XP per $1 wagered; 97–99% pay 1 XP; above 99% pay 0.5 XP. Sports: 3 XP per $1 at odds of 1.10 or higher, otherwise 1 XP. The levels article describes the same bands as house-edge 0.5–1.5 XP. Both descriptions stand. Do not treat XP as a cash rebate.

Rakeback (13545285, 28 January 2026) is a percentage of house edge on eligible casino play. The rate is unpublished. It is “awarded in the different bonuses”, not described as withdrawable cash and not a refund of all losses. Weekly (Friday 13:00 UTC): eligible if you bet in the last 7 days; calculated from VIP rank plus wager from Friday 00:00 plus house edge; claim in Rewards; expires at the next weekly; Friday pre-drop wagers count next week; an unlucky-week top-up is discretionary. Monthly: typically around the 15th; calculated from VIP rank plus total wagered since the previous monthly plus profit plus house edge; formula unpublished; expires at the next monthly. VIP Transfer (12305579, 26 June 2026): at least $1.5 million wagered elsewhere plus proof; not available after 25,000 XP on Thrill; live chat “Initiate VIP Transfer”; the team sets a target XP; one account; not if you are already on another wager target. Payments, limits, and fees

Help Supported Cryptocurrencies (4 December 2025): BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, DAI, LINK, SHIB, LTC, DOGE, TRX, BNB, SOL, POL, BCH, and XRP, on more than one network where the cashier says so. Fiat is not accepted as a deposit; a Buy Crypto on-ramp exists. Help prints no minimum or maximum deposit. T&Cs 5.4 say the house may set and change deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion and will communicate changes on the Website. Both pages stand.

Help withdrawal-limits (4 December 2025): “no restrictions on the maximum withdrawal amount”, with a min/fee table by network — Bitcoin minimum 0.00002504 and fee 0.00001571 on that article, plus other coins. T&Cs 5.2: withdrawals use the same method where possible; verification can sit in front of a payout; fees may apply; third-party conversion fees are not the house’s. T&Cs 5.7: you must wager the full value of each deposit at least once before a withdrawal; opposite bets and low-risk patterns used only to satisfy that rule can be voided as not genuine play. Help Deposit FAQ: most deposits are processed within minutes — published, not measured. The withdrawal-delayed article publishes typical network times (Solana under a minute, Bitcoin 10–30+ minutes) as Help typicals, not as a timed house cashier. KYC is on the books. T&Cs 3.2 and 4.1: the house may request identification at any time and can suspend the account until documents arrive; funds can be withheld until verification completes. AML (effective 1/6/2025): onboarding collects full name and permanent residential address; a simplified low-risk path may take the first three pieces first; enhanced due diligence can add proof of address, copies of ID, and source of funds. T&Cs 11.4 (1 May 2026) name Anjouan, the British Virgin Islands, Curaçao, the Dutch Caribbean islands, Cyprus, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States, plus embargo and sanctions catch-alls. The older Help geo article (7 October 2025) additionally names Australia, France, Germany, Iran, and North Korea, and does not name Anjouan. This plate uses the union of those named ISO codes so Germany, France, and Australia are not listed as offered while Help still names them. Canada is not named. Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, and Japan are not on that named union.

T&Cs 11.4: any attempt to bypass those restrictions, including VPNs or proxy servers, is a breach. Help says the house does not actively block VPN usage, but bypassing a territorial restriction is still not permitted. Stance on this plate: restricted. 18+ or the local majority age if higher.
