AskGamblers spent 27 and 28 August on stalled withdrawals. A three-case sample averaged 31.3 days. A $190k ETH wire moved after a complaint. Our cards already print the window. The walk is whether it paid.
The sample is three cases
On 27 August AskGamblers looked at forum threads and complaints. Long waits were the most common note, about a quarter of the sample. In the three cases they opened, the average wait was 31.3 days. All three were unadjudicated. The players were already verified. One thread named €40,000 pending more than a month. That is not a vault card. That is a clock.
The $190k that moved
On 28 August a Roobet crypto player asked for about $190,000 in ETH. The house called it routine verification. AskGamblers says earlier withdrawals from the same player had cleared, and no extra documents were requested. The funds left after an AGCCS complaint. AskGamblers lists that house as Curaçao with a 0–24h pending window. We are not adding Roobet to the vault. A complaint that paid is not a review.
What our cards actually mean
Ice prints payouts 0–24h. /guides/ranger-and-sap says the mark is KYC time, cashier time, and whether support knew the terms. If we have not cashed out, it is not verified. Ice’s cashier line on this page is still unverified. A published window is a claim. Ranger’s mark is a clock.
What we will not do
We will not tell you to skip identity checks. We will not treat a 0–24h sidebar as a payout. We will not list a house because a complaint service recovered a wire. Identity stays. The cashier is the score.
