MonkeyTilt, a crypto casino and sportsbook, will close on 9 November 2026. Play stopped on 13 October, and the operator says your account stays open for withdrawals, including after the closing date.

"We have decided to close MonkeyTilt," the closure notice says. "Our licence is being surrendered and the site will cease operating on 9 November 2026." MonkeyTilt is run by Kong Quest Ltd, a Costa Rica-registered company, and its site footer says it is licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission. On 31 October the commission's licence-holder register still listed Kong Quest Limited, with an expiry date of 1 August 2027, so the surrender was not yet shown there.

What changed on 13 October

From 13 October all casino and sportsbook play stopped. There are no new bets or games, deposits are disabled, new registrations are closed, and promotions and bonuses have ended. Any round, hand or spin already underway was completed and settled as normal.

MonkeyTilt says it stopped play straight away, without a run-down period, so that people would not feel they should use up their balances. "Your money is better in your pocket than in play," the notice says.

Your balance

Your bonus balance "will be converted into cash and can be withdrawn by you", according to the notice. Your cash balance stays in your account until you withdraw it.

How to withdraw

Withdrawals now run through Tilt Rips, the operator's trading-card platform, using your MonkeyTilt login.

  1. Log in at tiltrips.com with your MonkeyTilt account.
  2. Open Withdraw in your wallet.
  3. Choose your payment method and amount.
  4. Confirm.

MonkeyTilt says withdrawals are "typically processed within 24–48 hours" and that it has "not added any restrictions, holds or conditions because of the closure". If your account is not fully verified, it needs identity documents before it releases funds; you can do that at tiltrips.com/settings/verification. The standing terms also still apply: identity checks before a withdrawal, and payments only to methods in your own name.

Key dates

DateWhat happens
13 Oct 2026Play ended. Deposits disabled. Registrations closed. Bonuses ended.
15 Oct 2026Closure notice last updated.
9 Nov 2026MonkeyTilt closes. Licence being surrendered.
After 9 Nov 2026You can still withdraw. MonkeyTilt says it will also try to return remaining balances directly.

If you do not withdraw before 9 November

"Your money remains yours," the notice says. You can still withdraw after closure, and MonkeyTilt says it will attempt to return the money to your registered payment method. Contact support@monkeytilt.com, which it says stays available after closure. For questions about your personal data, it names privacy@monkeytilt.com and says it must keep certain records for a set period.

Where to complain

MonkeyTilt's terms set out an internal complaints process first. After that, they name MADRE, an external online dispute service, for unresolved disputes. MADRE describes itself as handling disputes with operators licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, and its own list of registered operators showed no MonkeyTilt or Kong Quest entry on 31 October, so we cannot confirm it would take a case. MonkeyTilt's licence can be checked on the Tobique Gaming Commission's licence-holder register and its validation page.

Where players can go instead

MonkeyTilt has not said which countries it served. Where you can play legally depends on where you live, so check your own country's regulator register first. Because the market differs from reader to reader, we name no replacement operators here.

> Bonusjungle's Vault: our Vault lists casinos by market; choose your country in the filter. The filter shows which houses accept players from your country under their own terms, not that they are licensed there.

If a site is not available where you live, that is the rule. Do not use a VPN, false details or someone else's account to get round it. And if gambling has stopped feeling like entertainment, a closing site is a good moment to stop rather than move.

What is still unclear

  • Licence surrender: when it takes effect. The register still listed Kong Quest on 31 October.
  • Tilt Rips logins after 9 November: how long they keep working is not stated.
  • Countries served: MonkeyTilt has not said which markets it served.
