The Estonian operator behind Yolo.com and Bombaycasino.com says it is pausing operations. Its notice asks players to transfer their Yolo Wallet funds to a bank account by 30 November 2026 and says bonus balances will be cancelled by 16 November. Here is what the notice says, what it leaves out, and where to turn if a transfer does not go through.

The company behind Yolo.com and Bombaycasino.com says it is pausing operations. A notice that now replaces both websites asks players to transfer the money in their Yolo Wallet to a bank account by 30 November 2026. Bonus balances will be cancelled by 16 November. The notice does not say what happens after 30 November.

The notice is addressed to "Dear clients" and signed "The Bombay Team". It reads: "we are pausing the operations of Bombay Club, yolo.com and Bombaycasino.com." It gives no reason and no date for a restart. The same text is served on yolo.com and on bombaycasino.com. It is not dated; Gamblee reported it on 2 October, so it was up by early October.

According to Gamblee, Bombay Club, the company's land-based casino in Tallinn's Old Town, stopped casino operations on 30 September 2026.

Who runs the sites

In Estonia, operating permits for gambling are issued by EMTA (Estonian Tax and Customs Board). EMTA's list of legal gambling operators, last updated on 30 October 2026, still lists Bombay Club and Resort OÜ under online games of chance, with the brand "Bombay" and the websites www.bombaycasino.com and www.yolo.com. Estonia's Register of Economic Activities showed the company's gambling activity licence and its operating permits as valid on 1 November. The register does not say which permit covers the websites.

Nothing we read describes the pause as a regulator decision. The notice presents it as the company's own: "This was not an easy decision."

Your balance

The notice separates two kinds of money.

  • Your own funds. The operator writes: "Your funds in Yolo Wallet remain safe and secure, but we kindly ask you to transfer them to your bank account by 30 November 2026." That is the operator's statement; we cannot check the wallet's finances.
  • Bonus balances. "As Yolo Wallet can no longer be used at our other venues soon, bonus balances will be cancelled by 16th of November." The notice adds: "This does not affect your own funds or balance in any way."

Our reading: anything you hold as bonus money is due to lapse by 16 November, while the notice says only that "your own funds" are to be transferred. The notice does not say whether bonus money that is part-way through its conditions can still be turned into cash before then.

Open bets and pending game rounds are not mentioned.

How to get your money out

The notice gives one instruction: transfer your Yolo Wallet funds to your bank account by 30 November 2026. It does not describe the steps, any fees, processing times or identity checks. For questions, it gives one email address: info@bombayclub.com.

  • Check your balance and note how much is cash and how much is bonus.
  • Request the transfer to your bank account, as the notice asks.
  • Write to info@bombayclub.com if the transfer does not go through, and keep copies of what you send and receive.
  • Keep a record of your balance and transaction history before you request it, with dates.

Where to complain

Start with the operator at info@bombayclub.com. EMTA's list of legal gambling operators says: "If you encounter problems with the gambling operators on the list that you cannot solve by contacting the organiser, you can contact the Estonian Tax and Customs Board by sending an e-mail to hasart@emta.ee." Bombay Club and Resort OÜ is on that list. We found no other complaint route for these sites.

Where players can go instead

EMTA's list of legal gambling operators shows which operators hold a licence to run gambling in Estonia, so check a site there first. No Bonusjungle Vault house is licensed in Estonia, so we name none here.

> For readers outside Estonia: our Vault lists casinos for other markets; choose your country in the filter. These houses are not licensed in Estonia and are not for readers there.

If gambling has stopped feeling like entertainment, a site pausing is a good moment to stop rather than move.

What is still unclear

  • Why: the notice gives no reason.
  • After 30 November: what happens to funds still in a Yolo Wallet is not stated.
  • Restart: the notice gives no date or plan.
  • Open bets and part-played bonuses: not covered by the notice.
